Shipping and Returns Information

This page should answer any general questions about the shipping and delivery of our products. Discounts on shipping are also available for group orders. For more information or if you have a question that is not answered on this page, please call 1-888-852-5588.

Production Times:

Rush - 3 working days or less - all items found with the rush production option (with the appropriate additional fees). Please include the true date with all rush orders. Entering an impossible due date will only hold up your order until we are able to contact you by phone.
 
DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. A working day starts on the next business day and does not include holidays or weekends.
 
IF YOU ORDER OTHER MERCHANDISE THAT TAKES LONGER TO SHIP - WE WAIT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TOGETHER, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE ORDER IF YOU NEED CERTAIN ITEMS SOONER.
 
Each item has it's own delivery time. Please check the description for the product you are looking to order for an estimated normal delivery time.

Shipping Policies:

Most orders are shipped via UPS. UPS will only deliver to a physical street address and will not deliver to a Post Office Box. We can ship to campus boxes, as long as they have an actual street address accompanying the box number. If the campus box does not have a street address, then the order will be treated as if it were an actual Post Office box and will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. When your order ships out an email will be sent to the email address you provided us with when ordering, that contains the tracking number for your order. We do not ship to Canada or outside of the United States. Any order shipping to a Post Office box usually takes a little longer to arrive and cannot be tracked.
 
Post Office Boxes:
 
Any order that has a ship to address of a P.O. Box and a #, will be shipped out using the United States Postal Service. Any campus box address that does not have an actual street address accompanying it, will also be shipped out via USPS. Any order shipping out from the Postal Service, cannot be tracked and we cannot guarantee an expected date or time of delivery. You will not be receiving an email with a tracking number as these shipments cannot be tracked. We are NOT responsible for any order shipped out using the Postal Service as these orders cannot be insured. We encourage all our customers to ship to a physical address so that we can insure and track your package.
 
Shipping Prices:

Our shipping service includes, but is not limited to, packaging shipping and handling. Our shipping charges for individual orders are $6.95 for the first item ordered and $.50 for each additional item. In certain cases, we will decrease the shipping you were charged after the order has been placed. DISCOUNTS ON SHIPPING ARE AVAILABLE FOR GROUP ORDERS. Please call 1-888-852-5588 for more information and group order pricing. "Handling Cost" found on your order form, refers to your charge for the Rush service.
 
Shipping To Hawaii And Alaska:

Any orders shipping to HI or AK will have an additional $35.95 charge added to to the shipping cost, due to the high prices associated with shipping to these 2 states.

Returns and Exchanges:

Since all orders are custom-made to order, there can be no returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. All orders are thoroughly examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for defects prior to being shipped. FireDepartmentClothing.com is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. If a problem does arise with your order, please contact a customer service representative at 1-888-852-5588 within 24 hours of receiving your order during store hours, Monday - Wednesday 9am-10pm EST, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm EST, Saturday 10am-6pm EST and on Sunday 11am-5pm EST.
 
Please do not send any items back to us without calling first:
 
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers' expense. Please do not alter the item(s) received in any way. Items cannot be returned more than two weeks after receipt for any reason.
 
Re-routing Packages:
 
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly or if it is incomplete in any way (missing apartment number, dorm number, room number, mailbox number, etc.), there is a $10.00 UPS package intercept fee. You must pay this charge to have your package re-routed to the correct address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping To APO/FPO Addresses:

Any package shipped to a military address is handled by the government. An order sent to these types of addresses will be unable to be tracked or insured. We cannot tell you when the package is scheduled to be delivered or how long it may take. Shipping to a military address results in the customer taking full responsibility of that package once it is shipped out from our store. We are not responsible for lost, missing, delayed or damaged packages shipped to a military address. We encourage our customers who are serving our country, to have their orders sent to a personal address or to a family member.
