Needed some custom hats for our FD. The design was simple and we did some shopping around and got blown off, probably because it wasnt super complex. Now comes FDC, emailed them and Kevin quickly replied. Helped us get a sample of the embroidery and it looked great. Gave me time to get a head count and the shipping was the fastest I have ever seen for custom embroidery work. We could not be more pleased and recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience with these folks. I wanted a quilted "Bravest" jacket and Fire Department Clothing just popped up in a google search (among many). Very glad I chose them. I liked all their online embroidery options (you pick the style, thread color, etc.) and the jacket was completed and shipped within a day! Turned out great. FDC is highly recommended. Great customer service too, by the way.

I recently had the privilege of ordering tee shirts for my fire department company. I found Fire Department Clothing from another friend from another department who had nothing to say but great things. They were kind courteous and extremely helpful. The designs they helped me create were amazing and the quality of the shirts were great. I distributed the shirts out to the company last week and have heard nothing but great feedback. Quick, easy and amazing quality done by Fire Department Clothing with some awesome prices! We had no initial design for our shirts coming in for our fire department but had a few ideas in mind and sent a bunch of pictures over to Mike at the Art Department. Mike quickly drew up some amazing designs and we ended up ordering 70 shirts right off the bat. The shirts came in within two weeks and were great quality and material. Our department will definitely continue to be returning customers.

Been using FDC for years now. Have ordered many types of clothing from screenprint, embroidery. The Mike in the art team is great and very responsive to what we need and wanted. We are very happy with the designs he and has created. The pricing is also pretty reasonable and shipping is very quick, usually overnighted once the products are finished being produced. I recommend to people looking to order new apparel or need help with designs.

We will certainly recommend your company to other fire departments in our county. The embroidery designs were awesome. The only comment I have heard on the down side is that the jackets fit a little snug making it hard to pull off.

Im a firefighter of plus 20 years, career EMS of 5 years and volleyball EMS of 15 plus years. I found Fire Department Clothing through a Google search about 5 years ago. I started with some fire department apparel, which quickly led to my uniform polo shirts for work. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. Im a Big & Tall guy and sometimes things dont fit well, but the 511 polo shirts I get are perfect. The embroidery is spot on and the staff is quick to help with customization of your department. Ive ordered several pieces of clothing from hats, polo shirts, job shirts, t-shirts and gym shorts. Everything has always been perfect and the turn around time on most orders is very quick; around Xmas its a little longer but I expect this. Their customer service department is easy to speak to and the one or two times I had to call, they returned the call in a timely manner. Id highly recommend this company for your [fire] departments apparel needs.

I would highly recommend ordering shirts from fire them. The shirts came out amazing the prices were great and the staff was incredible to work with. I had a last minute order that I needed in a hurry within a few days it was printed and shipped. No matter how many times we changed designs colors or sizes the staff always was happy to help redo and send us new proofs no questions asked. This by far was the best company I have every worked with, and our department will be order another round of shirts through them. Strongly recommend!!!

Great company! I ordered a custom hat from them and it was shipped surprisingly quick. When I got the hat I didn’t notice for some time that the text was wrong by misspelling the department name. I contacted them about it as soon as I noticed and they immediately sent me a correct hat to fix the issue. This company stands behind their work and I will be ordering from them again in the future!
