RUSH SERVICE:

• For 1-3 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 2nd Day Air^®
• For 4-6 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 2nd Day Air^®
• For 5-7 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 3 Day Select^®

STANDARD SERVICE:

The normal delivery time for your Fire Department Clothing order with any shipping method is 7-14 business days. 

HELPFUL HINTS:

1. Any orders placed after 12:00 P.M. EST will count as the next business day.
2. Using UPS^® is strongly recommended. UPS^® guarantees Saturday delivery for an additional fee; call us for any inquiries regarding Saturday UPS^® delivery. All Fire Department Clothing RUSH orders MUST be sent out with UPS^® or we cannot guarantee a delivery date for you.
3. USPS^® is the least expensive option. Delivery times vary greatly and are inconsistent as they are not guaranteed; they can be as little as 1-2 or long as 5-7 business days, which includes Saturday.
4. If in the rare case your order misses your RUSH date, call customer service for a FULL REFUND of the RUSH service and all shipping related fees. If your order is delivered more than 10 business days from ordering, you will receive 10% off of your order. We are not responsible if you miss your delivery.
5. Whenever you need your Firefighter Workwear in less than 5 business days, call and speak with our customer service department; they are here to help. They have creative ways to get your order to you quickly or can offer 100s of clothing and accessories that can ship out the same day or next day.
6. To save money, call our trained Fire Department Clothing personal order assistants. We are here to help you find the least expensive shipping option in order to make your delivery date; sometimes a simple color change or alternative product can save you both time and money.
