An Important Message by Fire Department Clothing About COVID-19

Customer Service

To All of Our Fire Department Clothing Friends and Family

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, and want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who continue to support small businesses just like us that are impacted the most during this trying time. #ShopSmall We also want to thank the essential service workers who must brave the uncertain and dangerous conditions ahead for the rest of us so that we do not have to; we will always be forever grateful for your selfless and invaluable efforts for the benefit of society in order to restore normalcy again.

We would like to kindly update you all that we are running on slower than usual production times due to COVID-19 business restrictions in place. We estimate that all deliveries will be made in three (3) weeks, this includes both the production and transit times. Once an order ships, you will still receive an email shipment confirmation with the respective tracking information.

Our storefront is currently closed, but our customer service department is remotely working from home and ready to assist you with any and all of your ordering needs. Everyday we strive and are happy to continue to provide you with the best-in-class service out there.

Again, we will continue to take all of the necessary precautions to keep our employees safe and store clean to prevent contamination and/or cross-contamination. Our employees have access to hand sanitizers and are urged to properly and thoroughly wash their hands with soap as often as they can.

Thank you so much for your understanding. We wish you all the very best; be careful, safe, healthy, and well.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions and/or concerns you may have. During this time, we can only be reached at:

In addition, we have also changed our business hours again for the Spring Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST

These will be our business hours until further notice.

"Be happy in the moment, that's enough. Each moment is all we need, not more."
