Fire Department Clothing COVID-19 Update
And we are back! We would like to kindly update everyone that we are running on the usual, normal production times. We estimate that all deliveries will be made in 10 to 14 business days, this includes both the production and transit times. However, with rush production or service, we estimate that most deliveries will be made in three (3) to five (5) business days, which also includes both the production and transit times. Once an order ships, you will still receive an email shipment confirmation with the respective tracking information.
We are currently operating on reduced business hours and these will be our business hours until further notice:
Monday to Friday at 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST
Good news! Our storefront has resumed normal business operations and is open for customers again! Come stop by and visit us, our customer service department is ready to assist you with any and all of your custom ordering needs! Everyday we strive and are happy to continue to provide you with the best-in-class service out there!
Again, we will continue to take all of the necessary precautions to keep our employees and customers safe and store clean to prevent contamination and/or cross-contamination. All employees and customers are required to wear face masks upon entering the store. Our employees have access to hand sanitizers and are urged to properly and thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water as often as they can.
