UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail Shipping Cost Increases Due to Impacts of COVID-19

Due to the economical or financial impacts of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), UPS^® and USPS^® have respectively increased their UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping costs. Unfortunately, Fire Department Clothing has no choice but to raise our UPS - Ground or UPS- Ground and Priority Mail - USPS shipping costs as well.

We want to be completely transparent regarding this and have listed the specific shipping cost increases below:

Maintaining our shipping costs as competitively low as possible has always been important not only to our customers, firefighters and their friends and family members, but to us as well. However, continuing to offer the same Shipping Cost Before would be unsustainable to Fire Department Clothing's operations, because for months, we have been under-charging and therefore, using our own capital to offset the costs for each package that was shipped using UPS - Ground or UPS- Ground and Priority Mail - USPS since their respective increases. We understand that this is not ideal, especially during these difficult times, but thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
